Spray Tan Club Membership

Please keep in mind we are extremely busy and appointments are not guaranteed.

We do advise booking appointments in advance to avoid any disappointment it is your responsibility to book your spray tans for your special events. We hope you understand x

Terms and Conditions for Spray Tan Membership at Exceptional Tanning, Glasgow

1. **Membership Details**: By signing up for the Exceptional Tanning Spray Tan Membership, you agree to pay a monthly fee of £46. This membership allows you to book a spray tan every week through out that month. Payment is taken every 4 weeks from the date you sign up.

2. **Non-Membership Price**: If you choose not to join the membership, the cost of a single spray tan appointment will be £34 for every visit.

3. **Booking Appointments**: Members are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability. For last minute appointments you can check on our booking system, we have a waiting list on our booking system if you don't see any available appointments you can join this and you will be notified of any updated available appointments.

4. **Late Cancellation Policy**: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a £10 late cancellation fee.

5. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged a £20 fee. This fee must be settled before booking your next appointment. – Appointment reminders are sent via email & text prior/day of your appointment.

6. **Payment Terms**: Monthly membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of sign-up. Any additional fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows will be added to your account and must be settled before your next appointment. This can be done via bank transfer, PayPal or cash at the beginning of your next appointment.

7. **Membership Renewal**: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you choose to cancel. To cancel your membership, please provide written notice to - shiree@exceptionaltanning.co.uk at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

8. **Membership Benefits**: As a member, you are entitled to book spray tan appointments in every week within each month for one payment of £46. However, appointments are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended.

9. **Liability**: Exceptional Tanning is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse skin reactions that may occur because of the spray tan application. It is the client's responsibility to inform the technician of any known allergies or skin conditions prior to the appointment.

10. **Changes to Terms and Conditions**: Exceptional Tanning reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11. **Termination**: Exceptional Tanning reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by management.

12. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your membership will be resolved in the courts of Glasgow.

By signing up for the Exceptional Tanning Spray Tan Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
